Onions should be stored in a cool (not cold) dark place with lots of air circulation. This hand woven natural reed basket is perfect for storing onions, potatoes, fruit, snacks, etc.

This is a one of a kind, unique basket. My other onion baskets are listed individually. This basket has a 6 inch opening, and is about 9 inches long, not counting the 2″ reed loop. The basket has a distinctive “belly” shape and will easily hold five pounds or more of onions, potatoes, apples or other produce. See other listings for additional baskets. I list these separately so you are buying exactly the basket in the pictures.

I weave these of natural round reed, so they are durable and strong. They are hand made, individual and unique.
